Social Media & Content Manager

Menaia is a US-focused SaaS startup helping HVAC, insulation, roofing, plumbing, and other service businesses run their operations from one platform.

We are looking for a
one-person content engine
who can own our entire social media presence from idea to publication.

This person must be able to research, plan, write, design, edit videos, use AI tools, publish content, and manage the brand independently. You will not rely on outside designers, writers, editors, or content contractors.

We need someone who can continuously create new ideas, produce a high volume of quality content quickly, and keep the ball rolling.

What You Will Own
- Manage Menaia’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create the right style of content for each channel while maintaining one consistent brand
- Research Menaia’s competitors, customers, industry, and ideas from other industries
- Turn research into valuable, creative, and attention-grabbing content




- Stay closely involved in product development and plan content ahead of new releases
- Write strong, natural English copy for the US market
- Design professional visual assets independently
- Create and edit short-form videos, product demos, and social content
- Use AI tools for images, video, research, concepts, and production
- Build the content calendar, publish consistently, track results, and improve performance
- Strengthen Menaia’s positioning, brand voice, and long-term story
