About the Role

We are hiring a confident, motivated, and results-driven appointment setter to communicate with prospective clients in the United States.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact leads, understand their needs, determine whether they may be a good fit, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

This is an outbound sales position. You must be comfortable making calls,



speaking with professionals and business owners, handling objections, following up consistently, and working toward clear performance targets.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the United States.
- Speak with professionals, executives, investors, and business owners.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand each prospect’s needs, interests, income, goals, and overall fit.
- Clearly explain the company’s services without making guarantees or misleading claims.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
- Confirm scheduled appointments and help reduce cancellations and no-shows.
- Handle common questions and objections professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate notes and update all lead activity in the CRM.
