A fast-paced US-based performance marketing agency specializing in Meta advertising for DTC and e-commerce brands is looking for an
Ad Concept Specialist
. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, performance data, and client strategy, turning what actually works in ads into concepts clients love. You will bridge the gap between creative inspiration and performance insights, helping shape the creative direction behind campaigns across a portfolio of American clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and organize high-performing Meta ad concepts, trends, and creative opportunities across multiple industries.
- Use AI and automation tools to generate ad copy variations and creative directions.




- Review Meta ad performance daily and translate the data into clear, actionable creative recommendations.
- Join onboarding and strategy calls to understand each client's brand, audience, and goals.
- Build and present strategy decks and reports, owning client-facing conversations largely independently.
- Collaborate with designers, media buyers, and client leads to keep strategy and execution aligned.

Requirements
- A creative background with hands-on Meta Ads experience for DTC or eCommerce brands (agency experience is adecuado).
- Comfort using AI tools like Claude.
- Strong written and spoken English, since this is a client-facing role working mostly with US clients.
- Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Confidence running client meetings independently, with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail, balanced with genuine
