Responsibilities




- Build and manage end-to-end healthcare candidate pipelines remotely.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, from sourcing to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Track and report recruiting metrics and progress against targets within proprietary ATS (MedRoster)
- Source talent via job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles and Canadian territories.
- Maintain a high-visibility candidate experience and timely communication.
- Collaborate with deployment team to facilitate onboarding and integration.
- Promote employer branding to attract top healthcare talent remotely.
