We are looking for an innovative IT Buyer to carry on Sourcing Projects for one of our Clients.

Our Buyer will be implementing cost-effective purchases of all goods and services, as required by the Client. Ensuring performance/quality control and adhering to the Client’s procurement policies will be some of your main priorities when carrying out this role

Responsible for

End-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend categories with an annual spend value of up to $250,000 USD per procurement event per year. Activities including:
- Managing the full RFx lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes: facilitating supplier selection, issuing event documentation, and evaluating response.
- Facilitating conversations with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements necessary for contracting and sourcing processes
- Creating, modifying, negotiating, and facilitating execution of applicable contract documents, including but not limited to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, NDAs, Statements of Work, Change Orders, etc.,



in collaboration with LSI’s business unit stakeholders and any LSI client-specific processes
- Conducting supplier negotiations and executing new supplier onboarding requests in accordance with LSI procurement policies.
- Performing and documenting fair value determinations, including market intelligence gathering, cost/benefit analysis, and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
- Completing pre-transactional due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance steps; ensuring written guidelines and SME input (e.g., legal, finance, privacy, information security) are obtained throughout the contracting processs
- Verifying that key agreements and contracts are reviewed by appropriate LSI peers and superiors prior to execution, in accordance with LSI’s contracting authority matrix.
