We are seeking an experienced
PowerBuilder Developer
to join our client's team and play a key role in building, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise software solutions. This role is responsible for implementing new product features, resolving defects, and improving the reliability, usability, and performance of our applications.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing to technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. The idóneo candidate combines deep PowerBuilder expertise with strong object-oriented programming skills, experience working with SQL Server and modern development tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using PowerBuilder.
- Implement new product features and resolve defects while maintaining high coding standards.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Incorporate unit testing into the development process to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Build scalable, maintainable solutions using object-oriented principles and design patterns.

Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Propose technical and architectural solutions for new product features.
- Participate in technical design discussions and document software architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with overall technology strategy and business objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues and recommend long-term improvements.
- Serve as a technical resource for development teams, helping resolve challenging technical problems.

Agile Development
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
