Role: Technical Onboarding Specialist
Location: Latin America (Remote)
Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time; Mon to Fri)
Compensation: US$5 – US$7 perhour (40 hours/week) + Commission + Bonus

As we scale ClickGrow, we are looking for a technical, bilingual Onboarding Specialist based in Latin America. You will be the face of the company for our newest users, ensuring they find immediate value during their initial trial period.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where your goal is to bridge the gap between "signing up" and "finding success." You will lead rapid-fire, 30-minute technical setup sessions to ensure every trial user is configured for growth from day one. Management reserves the right to modify or update the job description at any time, and such changes may be made without prior notice. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Kick-off calls. Conduct back-to-back,



30-minute* Zoom sessions with customers who have just started their free trial.
- Guide users through the end-to-end account setup, including API integrations, tracking installations, and dashboard configuration.
- Clearly communicate the value of ClickGrow features while troubleshooting any immediate technical hurdles the user faces.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience by recommending relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or higher-tier plans that align with their business goals.
- Identify common friction points during the setup process and relay feedback to the product team to improve the self-serve experience.
- Ensure new clients have access to technical assistance to properly connect and set up their software
- Uphold all verification details on the ClickGrow dashboard by being diligent in reviewing client details and profiles
- Escalate fraud, suspicious activity, or terms of service violations to the appropria
