About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Founder Operations & Deal Flow Manager to work directly with the founder of Effortless Hire and the Side Hustle live event brand.

This role sits at the center of the founder’s work, ensuring that opportunities, relationships, and key projects move forward every week.
- You will help manage deal flow, organize communication and follow-ups, coordinate projects, and help implement systems that improve operational efficiency.
- You will also help leverage internal resources such as Effortless Hire’s recruiting team and existing VA talent pool to bring in specialists when projects require additional execution support.

This role starts part-time (~20 hours per week) with potential to expand.

Core Responsibilities

Deal Flow & Relationship Management

A major focus of this role is ensuring that business opportunities and relationships are organized and consistently followed up on.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain the founder’s opportunity and relationship pipeline inside GoHighLevel CRM





• Track conversations with potential clients, referral partners, sponsors, and collaborators

• Monitor email threads and identify conversations requiring follow-up

• Draft follow-up emails for the founder to review and send

• Schedule meetings and manage outreach follow-ups

• Send recap emails after calls when appropriate

• Maintain organized relationship notes inside the CRM

• referral partner relationships

• sponsorship opportunities for the Side Hustle show

• partnerships and collaborations

Your goal is to ensure no meaningful opportunity falls through the cracks.
