We are now looking for an
IT Regional Architect
to shape and drive the technology architecture across Latin America and Canada, enabling seamless consumer and customer experiences at scale

Role Purpose
The IT Regional Architect is responsible for defining and governing the regional technology architecture, ensuring that digital solutions across markets are integrated, scalable, and aligned with global platforms.

This role acts as a key bridge between
local market needs and integral IT strategy
, enabling
end-to-end consumer and customer experiences across B2C and B2B touchpoints
.

Your Day to Day
- Regional Architecture & Integration
- Define and evolve the regional architecture blueprint across multiple markets




- Ensure strong alignment between local initiatives and global platforms
- Drive integration across key ecosystems, including:
- Websites
- CRM
- Consumer care
- Retail and partner platforms
- Enable connected consumer journeys across all touchpoints
- Portfolio & Solution Governance
- Evaluate and guide new initiatives from an architecture perspective
- Anticipate the impact of new launches (e.g., categories, brands)
- Ensure solutions are:
- Scalable
- High-performing
- Sustainable long-term
- Promote adoption of global platforms over fragmented local solutions
- Planning for growth and developing future goals
- Define the transition toward:
- Multi-category ecosystem (IQOS, ZYN, others)
- One-to-one personalization capabilities
- Global platforms replacing legacy local solutions
- Identify key dependencies, risks, and investment needs
- Customer Management & Influence
- Partner closely with:
- Regional IT leadership
