How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Associate Manager, Regional Accounting & Controllership will join the team to support the overall Latam organization, providing controllership and business supervision and support, performing P&L; and Balance Sheet analysis,



ensuring financial statements are accurate, preparing reports and recommendations to Local and Corporate Management, for all the business cross LTAM in a multicurrency environment. A successful candidate is a self-starter who is willing to embrace a challenge and continually seeks opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and process improvement.

The Associate Manager, Regional Accounting & Controllership will be responsible for:
- Controllership Process leader and vendor service supervision to meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Coordinate, supervise and perform closing ensuring figures are accurate and in compliance with Accounting Policies (US GAAP, IFRS, other Local GAAPs). Also, perform key analysis for accounting treatment for any new business or non-recurring activity or new process.
