Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on custom developments.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration, transformation, and rollout projects.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and support.




- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or migrations.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting processes and management reporting.
- Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, EWM, and other SAP modules.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and communicate with executive stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integral SAP rollout programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, FSCM, or Treasury.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or consumer products.
