Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer at Crewfare, you will play a pivotal role in the design, deployment, and maintenance of our AWS-based infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of our platform, which supports multiple products with complex requirements. The right candidate will have a passion for automation, performance optimization, and scalability and will be key in improving our platform’s stability, security, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with developers, product teams,



and security engineers to enable fast and secure deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS.
Automation & CI/CD: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure minimal downtime.
Cost Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize resource usage to reduce costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
Monitoring & Incident Management: Set up and monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and resolve performance bottlenecks. Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis.
Security Management: Ensure infrastructure security, including patch management, vulnerability scans, and implementing security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance.
