About The Role

We're looking for a Lead GTM Engineer to own the AI strategy behind our pre-sales team. This isn't a traditional Sales Ops role. You'll act as the go-to technical authority for our Solutions Engineers and pre-sales team, setting the direction for how AI and automation transform technical discovery,



demos, and deal cycles — not just building tools, but defining what should be built, why, and in what order.

You will architect the roadmap for agents, workflows, and automations that touch every part of the pre-sales process — from technical discovery and demo prep to RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and POC support. Things move fast here, and priorities shift as the business grows. We need someone with the resilience to keep pushing through ambiguity and the excellence to make sure every automation that ships actually holds up in front of real prospects and real deals.

Beyond building, you'll mentor and set the technical bar for how the team approaches AI tooling, and you'll partner directly with Solutions Engineering and Sales leadership to translate business priorities into a clear automation roadmap.
