We combine AI tools, performance marketing, and automated lead generation systems to help agents attract more clients, convert faster, and operate smarter.

We are seeking a high-performance CRM & Automation Specialist with Media Buying Experience who can own results across two core areas: building and managing the tech systems that power our clients' lead pipelines, and running Meta ad campaigns that keep those pipelines full.

This is NOT solely a task-taker role.

This is for someone who is equally comfortable inside GoHighLevel building a nurture sequence as they are inside Ads Manager optimizing a lead gen campaign. You are technically proficient, client-facing, and you do not wait to be told something is broken before you fix it.





? MISSION OF THE ROLE
Keep SalesGenius clients' tech stacks running, their leads flowing, and their ad campaigns performing. In this role you will own both sides of the client delivery engine: building and managing CRM workflows, automations, and tech integrations across tools like GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Make, and Zapier, and launching, running, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns using existing frameworks and structures already built inside client accounts. You will be the go-to person for making sure that when a lead comes in, the whole system works end-to-end from ad click to CRM to booked call.

1. Tech & CRM Set Up (Primary Focus)
Lead client tech onboarding calls to set up and verify their full tech stack: Meta ad account access, CRM connection, pixel installation, and lead flow testing
