About the role

We are looking for better ways to provide the materials the world needs. As a Transport and Road Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our road transport operations are safe, efficient and responsible.

You will lead the implementation of the transport control framework, working closely with contractors to lift standards, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement across operations.

In this role, you will:

- Implement and manage the transport control framework, ensuring compliance with technical standards
- Build strong relationships with transport contractors, supporting performance across safety, operations and environment
- Evaluate contractor performance and define improvement actions




- Lead regular audits and track progress on action plans
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to support decision‑making
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across transport operations
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and industry changes

About you

You bring a strong safety mindset, analytical thinking and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

We are looking for

- 5–10 years of experience in freight transport or logistics.
- Knowledge of general transport regulations, including oversized loads, hazardous materials, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of transport equipment and load restraint principles.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (e.g. MS Office).
