ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains on a contract basis within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team.

You will troubleshoot production issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions with priority domains including Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.

The role requires 4+ years of Workday Financials experience and the ability to operate independently across multiple functional areas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO - Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains; - Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand; - Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions; - Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health; - Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions; - Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.





MUST HAVES - 4+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience; - Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday; - Experience supporting both production support and project-based work; - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; - Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities; - Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, and Procurement; - Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES - VNDLY experience; - Experience with Workday Accounting Center and Prism; - Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership; - Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting; - Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives; - Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks; - Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
