Important Digital and Off Media Agency will be adding to its staff a PM

We have a challenge for those who like to work in a growing technology ecosystem, implementing appropriate methodologies and reports for Project fulfillment and supporting Multidisciplinary Leaders.

You will work together with Cross Functional Leaders for the realization and management of projects proposed to meet the strategic objectives oriented to support innovative decisions and solutions of the company.

The position will have within its responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Tech Leader, Interface Leader, Backend Leader, and Data Leader to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Jira and/or Asana

- Identify and mitigate risks to project success





- Work with the Product Committee to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation

- Manage the development team to ensure that project goals are met

- Collaborate with the Tech Leader and Backend Leader to define technical documentation requirements

- Collaborate with the Interface Leader to ensure that user stories and requirements are well-defined and documented

- Collaborate with the Data Leader to ensure data quality and accuracy

- Facilitate meetings and status updates with project stakeholders

- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management

- Communicate project status and issues with stakeholders on a regular basis
