Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Trade & Events Consultant (Junior) to support trade promotion initiatives and client activities across Latin America.

This role is adecuado for early-career professionals interested in developing their careers in international trade, event coordination, and relationship management while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support international trade events, business missions, and promotional activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, buyers, exporters, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct outreach and follow-up through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

- Prepare post-event reports, activity summaries, and project documentation.

- Support administrative and operational processes related to international consulting projects.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Assist with trade promotion initiatives and business development activities across the region.

- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of communications and project progress.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of professional experience in international trade, event coordination, customer relations, project coordination, or related areas.

- Fluency in Portuguese is required (spoken and written).

- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in an international business environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Experience supporting international events or trade promotion activities is a plus.

This is a junior-level position designed for professionals looking to continue developing their careers in international trade and consulting.

While the role involves relationship management and client interaction, it is not a senior commercial or sales position.
