We are a Miami-based personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in managing an active caseload of 40+ litigation cases. Our organization is made up of aggressive, dedicated and zealous A-players who go above and beyond to make sure our clients are well taken care of. The adecuado candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate is comfortable working remotely, and has experience working with remote teams in the past.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related events for attorneys.
- Monitor, maintain, and organize all case documents and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings, and handle e-filing with the courts.
- Maintain regular communication with attorneys, clients, and court staff to ensure smooth case progress.
- Demonstrate strong coordination and scheduling skills to effectively manage multiple deadlines and commitments.

Qualifications:





- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal for a US based law firm, preferably in litigation.
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle 40+ active cases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing.
- Proficiency with case management systems and electronic filing platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with attorneys, clients, and external parties.

- Salary: $1,500 USD per month with additional performance compensation available that could add up to an extra $1,500 per month in earnings.
