Whatwe'rehiring for: We are agrowing fintechorganization looking to adda Software Development Engineer in Test forour Integral IT Operationsteam!

Whatyou'llberesponsibleforin this role: Reviewing requirements,specificationsand technical design documents toprovidetimelyand meaningful feedback

Creating detailed,comprehensiveand well-structured test plans and test cases
Planning and coordinating testing activities, preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality assurance activities
Preparing quality assurance policies and procedures




Designing,developingand executing automation scripts
Identifying, recording,documentingand tracking bugs
Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products

Tracking quality assurance metrics and statistics

Stayingup-to-datewith new testing tools and test strategies and assuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Communicating technical information, both written and verbal, effectively to other team members,teamsand customers of varying technical experience
Working collaboratively with other team members,teamsand customers on projects, and other similar or related tasks.

Whatexperiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role: Previousexperience in backend Javaand JUnit

Proven record with large complex projects
Ability to read, write, listen, and speak English with at least business fluency.
