Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Excel Specialist to support a project focused on improving how advanced AI systems create, understand, and modify professional Microsoft Office documents.

You will design realistic business scenarios, create and review Excel, PowerPoint, and Word files , and evaluate AI-generated outputs against professional standards. The work requires strong expertise in spreadsheets, business analysis, document quality, and structured feedback. Previous AI experience is not required.

CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task

COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand

LOCATIONS: Fully remote - INTEGRAL

PROCESS: Application review, practical assessment, and onboarding

HOURLY RATE: $20 - $60/h

Responsibilities

- Design realistic business tasks requiring advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Create and review professional .xlsx, .pptx, and .docx files.
- Build complex spreadsheets, reports, analyses,



and business models.
- Engage in structured conversations with an AI system about document-related tasks.
- Compare two AI-generated outputs and select the stronger solution.
- Evaluate files for accuracy, usability, formatting, and business relevance.
- Provide clear side-by-side feedback explaining quality differences.
- Contribute examples across functions such as finance, operations, strategy, sales, marketing, and HR.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing business context in generated documents.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word on complex business projects.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling, analysis, reporting, and structured data presentation.
- Experience creating professional presentations and business documents.
- Experience in a business function such as finance, consulting, strategy, operations, HR, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to evaluate document quality and provide clear written feedback.
- Experience in a Fortune 500 company or similarly complex organisation.
- Background in investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A;, HR, marketing, or business strategy.
