We are currently seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a wellestablished fragrance company.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for innovation.
Prepare and present market insights, reports, and analyses to support commercial and strategic decisionmaking.
Provide support to the Sales team by developing presentations, concepts, and value propositions for clients.
Coordinate and participate in new product development and launch projects, working crossfunctionally with the Commercial, Product Development, Production, and Quality teams.
Manage and update marketing tools, reports, and business KPIs, monitoring product categories, customers, and strategic projects.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of visual communication and design principles for creating presentations and marketing materials.
Experience with graphic design and content editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Project management and followup experience.
