Let’s start with the role We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the accounting close across multiple LATAM entities, supporting financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial information.

As an Accounting Specialist you will:





- Coordinate and support the monthly accounting close for multiple LATAM entities, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Perform variance analysis and review financial results to identify unusual movements, investigate discrepancies, and provide meaningful insights.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all key accounts are reconciled and supported by appropriate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax requirements across LATAM jurisdictions.
