Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a diverse range of topics and scenarios

Rate and evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety

Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias

Design creative, challenging, and edge-case prompts to stress-test AI behavior

Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics

Able to evaluate response quality objectively and critically

Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and precise

Comfortable using everyday chat-based digital interfaces

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow structured guidelines

No technical background or prior AI experience required Nice to Have Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
