Overview

At Monks, we are looking for AI Artists to accelerate master asset production and provide high-quality, production-ready visual masters for templating, agentic pipelines, and downstream adaptation teams. The AI Artists will partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Technologists,



AI Leads and Production teams to originate high-impact master assets—creating the foundational creative content that enables scale and raises overall creative quality for static and video assets.

About The Role

As the AI Artist focused on master asset production, you will be the specialist who creates the high-quality visual masters that power large-scale creative programs. Reporting into a governance-led creative team, you will translate art direction into reproducible AI-driven workflows and deliver production-ready master assets—layered files, isolated plates, passes, and metadata—that downstream teams use for templating, localization and distribution. Your work will directly improve the consistency, speed and scalability of the entire production pipeline: higher-quality masters mean less manual retouching, fewer rounds of rework and better agentic pipeline performance.
