About This Role:

We are hiring a Visual Designer & Content Creator for a growing home and lifestyle brand. You will create designs and content that improve interactions, clicks, and email open rates while managing the social media calendar, email flow designs, and influencer program.



This role is adecuado for a creative and organized designer who follows up consistently and uses competitor and trend research to improve their work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design static ads, social posts, short-form videos, Stories, Reels, email graphics, and other campaign assets.

- Create new designs focused on increasing interactions, clicks, open rates, and overall campaign engagement.

- Complete and improve the visual design of new and existing Klaviyo email flows.

- Build, organize, publish, and maintain the social media content calendar.

- Schedule and arrange posts across Instagram, TikTok, and other assigned social platforms.

- Research competitors, social trends, visual styles, hooks, formats, and offers, then apply relevant insights to new creative concepts.

- Manage the influencer program through sourcing, outreach, briefing, follow-u
