About This Role:

We’re hiring a Controller or Senior Finance Manager to support established 8 to 9-figure direct-to-consumer brands across apparel, CPG, home, pet, and consumer goods industries. This role bridges accounting and executive finance leadership by owning financial reporting, revenue and inventory accounting, cash flow oversight,



and audit coordination. You will partner closely with leadership, eCommerce, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, inventory discipline, and scalable processes as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting

Ensure proper accounting across revenue, returns, chargebacks, and payment processors

Manage cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations

Oversee revenue recognition across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale channels

Reconcile data between eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and fulfillment partners

Lead inventory accounting, reserves, landed cost tracking, and margin analysis
