About This Role:

We are hiring a Senior Accountant (CPG & eCommerce) for a fast-growing consumer products brand.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can independently own the monthly close process, maintain accurate financial reporting, improve accounting operations, and provide leadership with financial information they can trust.

This is not a task-based bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, identify issues before they become problems, improve processes, and take ownership of the accounting function with minimal oversight.

The adecuado candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with experience in inventory-based businesses, consumer products, manufacturing, or eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities:





- Own the full monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting

- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and supporting schedules

- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure financial records remain complete and reliable

- Manage inventory accounting, COGS calculations, inventory reconciliations, and related accounting activities

- Monitor cash flow and provide visibility into business performance

- Build, improve, and document accounting processes and internal controls

- Identify accounting discrepancies, operational risks, and process gaps, and implement solutions proactively

- Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy across the business
