Outpeak's unique job guarantee provides our participants and ski instructors with a position at a local ski school after completing the training. We collaborate with the best ski schools to ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Employment contracts are directly signed with the ski school. Outpeak is not to be considered an employer in this regard. The job guarantee is a placement service, and the participant is responsible for maintaining their employment throughout the season by being a responsible and loyal team member.
