Position Overview

This is a full-time remote contractor position responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, and helping leadership improve financial visibility across multiple business entities. The idóneo candidate is a hands-on accounting professional — not a strategist or advisor — who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates fluently in English, and is deeply fluent in QuickBooks Online.



You will work directly with Fusion leadership and be trusted to own the numbers independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and chart of accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare journal entries and lead month-end close processes
- Produce financial reports and operational reporting for leadership
- Maintain and audit financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Monitor customer balances, collections, and open invoices
- Track commissions and manage partner-related accounting
- Proactively identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
- Improve accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls
- Build and maintain SOPs and process documentation for the finance function
