ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Head of Operations (COO-level) to own Finance, HR, and Systems for a fast-growing beauty industry agency. You'll manage payroll, invoicing, and contractor payments, run HR compliance and onboarding, and keep tools running smoothly. This hands-on operator role works closely with the Founder to remove bottlenecks and build structure. Adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 4+ years of experience in operations, finance, HR, or business management.
- Beauty industry (Makeup, Skin Care) experience is required
- Strong background in invoicing, payroll, and financial operations




- Solid understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Hands-on experience with tools like Monday.com, Slack, and payroll systems (Rippling, ADP, etc.)
- Proven track record managing contractors or distributed remote teams
- Experience in Agency Enviroments (mandatory)
