Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CET Training: $100 training bonus - paid after successful probation Probation period: 2 months At Mindy support you have great opportunity to get:

Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.

Compensation for trial period 2 months. $1000/month. After trial $1000/month plus up to $300 KPI bonus, there is also a loyalty bonus system.

Training will be provided by the company and the client.

20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.

Management's attention, support and motivation. Responsibilities:

-Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats;

-Manage social media messages;

-Answer general and order-related questions;

-Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions;

-Escalate complex issues to the technical department;

-Report to senior management on customers' feedback, complaints, quality, etc.





-Perform other related CS tasks. You are the perfect candidate if:

Previous Customer Support experience Problem solver, hard-working, team player, strong motivation

Fluent in Spanish and French writing and speaking (C1 - C2)

English B2

CRM Genesis, Zendesk or any other

G Suite knowledge
