About The Role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers.



In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for an innovative Data Protection Officer to join the second line of defence. You’ll apply your expertise in data protection compliance to design, lead, and improve the future of oversight and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Maintaining and updating data protection policies, ensuring they’re applied across operations and product lines
- Overseeing and supporting the identification and resolution of data protection risks
- Providing 2LoD advisory and challenge to business teams and 1LoD functions on products, processes, and controls
- Developing and supporting data protection training and awareness programmes for employees
- Monitoring, reporting, and escalating risk trends through dashboards and governance committ
