Digital Engineering Head

We are looking for a Digital Engineering Head to join our growing team in the United States.

Role Overview

The Digital Engineering Head – North America will drive technology strategy, solution design, and innovation across digital transformation engagements. This leader will combine deep technical expertise with hands‑on experience to architect, propose, and deliver modern digital solutions leveraging cloud‑native, AI‑infused, and engineering‑first approaches. The role requires strong customer engagement skills – translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for complex digital transformation programs across multiple industries.
- Guide teams in building modern, scalable, and resilient applications using microservices, APIs, cloud‑native, and event‑driven architectures.




- Stay hands‑on where needed – driving PoCs, design reviews, and solution validations.

Innovation and Gen AI Adoption

- Champion AI and Gen AI‑driven engineering practices, embedding intelligent automation, code acceleration, and AI‑based quality improvement across SDLC.
- Foster innovation by incubating new solution accelerators and reusable assets leveraging AI, ML, and automation.

Customer Engagement & Solutioning

- Lead technical solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation for RFPs, proactive pitches, and client pursuits.
- Present solutions confidently to customer architects, CIOs, and business leaders, demonstrating both technical excellence and business relevance.
- Partner with account and delivery teams to shape digital roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
