What we're looking for...

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the dispensary, focusing on driving revenue growth while ensuring compliance with state regulations. This position involves supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and creating an atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
