We're an e-commerce brand looking for a talented video editor to create high-performing ads for Meta

What You'll Do

Edit 15–20 short video ads per week (UGC, testimonials, and AI-generated content)

Use strong hooks, fast pacing, and captions to keep viewers watching

Apply feedback quickly and iterate on ads that perform well

Use AI tools (CapCut, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Runway, or similar) to work faster

What We're Looking For

Experience editing short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube)

You edit for performance, not just aesthetics — you understand what makes people stop scrolling and take action

Fast turnaround and comfortable with feedback

Familiar with at least one AI video/audio tool

Experience with e-commerce or direct-response ads is a big plus,



but strong editing skills matter most.

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000/month (based on experience)

Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses on winning ads

Growth: Opportunity to grow into a creative strategist role over time
