At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.

Responsibilities

This role leads the implementation and adoption of PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance with general standards.

- Oversee governance forums, KPIs, delivery health, risk intelligence, and improvement plans.
- Ensure Information Security compliance.
- Conduct process and compliance reviews.
- Prepare teams for internal and external quality/ISMS assessments.
- Lead major industry certifications (CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, automation).
- Adopt modern delivery practices (Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD).
- Build capability and strengthen a culture of quality through coaching, awareness programs, and team development.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience leading CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001 initiatives.
- Background in quality assurance, delivery excellence, and governance.
- Solid understanding of ISMS, data governance, and compliance.




- Experience managing multi‑account quality programs.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Dev Ops, and code quality tools.
- Strong analytical abilities with Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent stakeholder management and decision‑making skills.
