Job Summary: Talent Services (TS)
is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing High quality skills and competencies supporting operational and consultative Talent activities to EY member firms. TS personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and are based in our centers in:
Poland: Wroclaw, Warsaw, Katowice
Philippines: Manila, Cebu
India: Bangalore, Trivandrum, Cochin, Gurgaon, Noida

Argentina: Buenos Aires

TS supports the Super Regions of EY and are funded by the regions based on usage. Learning TS supports a specific Super Region and acts as part of the extended Super Region Learning team. TS works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.
The
English Proficiency Coach
will play a critical role in strengthening communication capabilities across the Talent Services population in Buenos Aires.



This role will be dedicated to supporting TS professionals by improving English fluency, comprehension, and confidence in a professional environment, enabling more effective collaboration with US and integral stakeholders.
The role will design, implement, and manage a
structured English Proficiency Program

tailored to the needs of Talent Services, ensuring measurable improvement aligned with business priorities and client expectations.
