Those in information security at PwC will focus on protecting sensitive data and systems from cyber threats through risk assessments, security audits, and implementing robust security measures. Responsibilities

- Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits, assess compliance risks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Perform regular compliance assessments of cloud environments.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory standards and internal security policies.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend remediation strategies.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with the last 3 years in Cloud Ops or Cloud Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills

- Experience in IT Audit with SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
- Understanding of correct information management practices.
- Experience with compliance regulations and security policies.

Certifications

Preferred: CISA, CISSP.
