Crew Foreman-Concrete Operations

Delaware Valley Paving is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews based out of the Philadelphia and/or New Jersey region. This role is responsible for supervising daily concrete productivity and quality standards, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead concrete crews in the field
- Train and mentor crew members
- Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and equipment with project management
- Ensure proper paving methods, grades, joint construction, and compaction
- Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders
- Maintain job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote safe work practices
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and crew members
- Complete daily reports, production logs, and time tracking as required
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency,



and compliance with standards
- Assist with hands‑on paving work as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete or asphalt operations
- Prior experience in a Foreman or Crew Lead role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required (CDL a plus)
- Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity under tight schedules
