We are looking for a Portfolio Manager / Coordinator to join our telecommunications project for Arelion, one of the world's leading Tier-1 Internet providers. In this role, you will coordinate a portfolio of network-related projects and operational initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between customers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders while driving successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
The idóneo candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Acting as the central point of contact for portfolio activities, you will oversee priorities, track progress, manage risks and dependencies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations.
You will also identify opportunities for process improvements, support operational excellence, and contribute to building strong, long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & People Management:



Coordinate the day-to-day work of the network team, ensuring consistent reporting and adherence to processes.
Build strong relationships with team members: understand their challenges, recognize their achievements, and keep morale and motivation high. Act as the first point of contact for team issues, escalating when needed. Participate in the interview and selection process for new team members, providing input on fit and readiness for the role.
Participate in goal setting, performance review and promotions. Customer Relationship & Communication: Serve as the main operational point of contact with the customer, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. Actively gather and interpret customer feedback, understand their priorities, tasks, and pain points.
