We're looking for someone who can build and fix real software using AI tools — Claude and Lovable — without writing code by hand. You'll own bugs and features on Genesis, the internal platform that runs our entire operation, while the founders stay focused on running the business.

What you'll actually do

You'll spend your days reproducing bugs, diagnosing what's really going wrong, writing clear prompts to Claude and Lovable to fix them, and verifying the fix actually worked before you call it done. Concretely:

Take a reported bug or feature request, reproduce it, and trace it to root cause — not just the symptom.

Drive Claude and Lovable to implement the fix or feature, reviewing what the AI proposes rather than accepting it blindly.

Verify every change against the real data and behavior — check the database, check the diff, confirm the outcome. We do not close work on "the AI says it's fixed."

Keep a queue of work moving without needing a founder in the loop for every step.

Write things down so the same problem doesn't come back — clear notes, repeatable steps.

Who you are

You have real experience — several years owning software, systems, or technical operations. This is not a first or second job, and it's not a role for someone still learning how software works.

You're technical enough to reason about how software and data work — tables, records, workflows, what "source of truth" means — even if you've never shipped production code by hand.

You've used AI coding tools (Claude, Lovable, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar)



to build something real, or you'll obviously take to them fast.

You're a strong writer. In this role, clear prompting is the job — vague instructions produce vague software.

You're relentless about verifying your own work. You don't trust a claim until you've checked the artifact.

You own outcomes. You'd rather chase a bug to its presente cause than close a ticket and hope.

You can work independently and pick the right thing to do next without being told.

Nice to have

SQL or comfort reading queries and database schemas.

Experience with Stripe, CRMs, calendar/scheduling systems, or lead/sales operations.

A background in QA, operations, support engineering, or systems/business analysis.

Any real exposure to building internal tools or no-code/low-code platforms.
