We are looking for a Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.

- Solid experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA).

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).

- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Experience coordinating with product owners/stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate status.

- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and support day-to-day project management tasks (e.g. reporting, documentation, planning, or research).





- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to Have:

- PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification.

- Experience managing staff augmentation or consulting engagements.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and basic technical concepts (APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD).

- Experience with risk management and mitigation planning.

- Passion for building strong client relationships and delivering projects that exceed expectations.
