We're looking for an Internal Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational engine of Hire Overseas. Your core focus will be contractor operations and internal systems — managing the full lifecycle of our contractors and associates, keeping internal processes running cleanly, and building the tools and documentation that allow the team to scale without things breaking.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You will not inherit a fully built playbook. You will build processes from scratch, troubleshoot problems independently, and use AI tools to work faster and more efficiently. If you have startup experience, thrive in ambiguity, and take genuine ownership of the operational details that keep a growing company running, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Contractor and Associate Operations

- Own the full lifecycle of contractors and associates including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and performance tracking
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for contractors and associates, supporting their needs across systems, documentation, and processes
- Monitor deliverables, flag issues early, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks across active engagements
- Maintain accurate records across all contractor and associate activity in Notion, Slack, and CRM too
