We're looking for a Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who's eager to learn, curious about user behavior, and excited to build a career in experimentation, UX, analytics, and conversion optimization.

What you will do

Analyze websites, landing pages, and customer journeys to identify conversion opportunities.

Assist in developing hypotheses for A/B tests using data, user research, and best practices.

Collaborate with designers to ensure proposed solutions align with experiment hypotheses.

Work closely with developers and QA to help deliver high-quality A/B experiments.

Monitor experiment performance and assist with post-test analysis and reporting.

Support senior strategists in identifying optimization opportunities that improve user experience and business results.

Continuously learn and apply CRO, UX, usability, and experimentation best practices.

What we are looking for

0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, ecommerce, UX, CRO, or a related field.

A strong analytical mindset and passion for solving problems with data.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Nice to have

Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).





Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimentation.

Knowledge of UX principles, customer journey mapping, or usability.

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, or Excel.

Exposure to ecommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing campaigns.

Weorking hours

We welcome applicants from around the world. For candidates outside North and South America, this role requires availability for internal and client meetings primarily within North American and European time zones.

Your core working hours will be 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with the remainder of your schedule being adaptable around these core commitments.
