We're Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Salary: $300/month (Part-Time) + Commission for Every Deal Signed

We're growing, and we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and opening doors.

What You'll Do

- Identify potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Start conversations with founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for our founder.
- Keep outreach organized in our CRM/tracking system.
- Continuously test and improve outreach messages.

What We're Looking For
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales development in recruitment is a must.




- Strong written English.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation
- up to $300/month (Part-Time)
- Commission for every client who signs a recruitment agreement through your outreach.
