YOUR NEXT ROLE

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our localization projects running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure every detail is handled with precision, while maintaining clear communication across teams and partners.



This is an entry-level role with room to grow, and depending on your experience, you may even manage smaller projects independently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day coordination tasks
- Maintain and update project databases and ensure accurate records across systems
- Prepare and distribute clear instructions and reference materials for linguists
- Triage and elevate questions from internal teams and external partners promptly
- Track progress and proactively flag risks or delays to keep projects aligned
- Collaborate across teams and time zones to ensure smooth communication between linguists, engineers, and vendors
- Use TMS and project management tools to initiate and monitor translation requests
- Depending on experience, manage basic localization projects independently
