Marketing Designer Overview

Assurant is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Designer to support our growing Home Warranty business.

What You'll Do

- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, booklets, one-pagers and sales support materials.
- Create event graphics such as banners, signage and promotional assets.
- Develop social media assets and digital marketing materials.
- Build PowerPoint presentations and branded templates.
- Prepare production-ready files for print vendors.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Create Canva templates for business stakeholders within the Enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with marketing partners and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.




- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design work.
- Experience preparing production-ready files and understanding print specifications.
- Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Canva Enterprise.
- Knowledge of After Effects.
- Understanding of web design principles.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience supporting corporate marketing teams or agency clients.
