Project Ops Analyst Location: Buenos Aires Office

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects simultaneously, including high‑profile and strategic deployments. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), the Project Manager communicates plans, risks, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role owns project performance from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, communications, risk management, and financial oversight. The Project Manager ensures that deliverables meet defined requirements, KPIs are achieved, and budgetary objectives are met.

Key Areas of Responsibility





- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects
- Communicate project plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Interface with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver project requirements
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers
- Create and manage communication plans, including documentation, reporting cadence, and stakeholder meetings
- Track project performance and analyze deliverables against defined requirements
- Manage project financials, ensuring budgetary objectives are met and managing to project P&L;
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects, including high‑visibility and strategic initiatives
- Partner with team members to identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and project teams
