About Zenit Corp

Zenit Corp is a fast-growing, U.S.-based ecommerce group that owns and operates multiple direct-to-consumer brands across different markets.

We are building a portfolio of high-potential ecommerce brands supported by scalable systems and ambitious long-term growth plans. As the group grows, we need a structured and reliable recruitment process that allows us to identify, evaluate, and hire strong candidates across different countries and departments.

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment processes and help us build a strong international team. Role The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process from the initial hiring brief through the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.

This person will write and publish job offers, recommend recruitment platforms and target countries, review applications, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate the selection process, and maintain organized candidate pipelines.

Once a candidate is hired, the Recruiter will send the company’s introductory document containing the systems used, role responsibilities, working requirements, and applications that the new team member must install.

Responsibilities

❖ Job Offers & Recruitment Strategy

➢ Translate hiring needs into clear, attractive, and accurate job descriptions.

➢ Recommend suitable job titles, target countries, compensation ranges, and recruitment platforms for each vacancy.

➢ Adapt job offers to different roles, markets, and candidate profiles.

➢ Create screening questions and interview scorecards for each position. ❖ Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing

➢ Publish and manage vacancies on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

➢ Review incoming applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.

➢ Proactively search for and contact qualified candidates.





➢ Maintain organized candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies. ❖ Candidate Interviews & Evaluation

➢ Conduct initial screening interviews.

➢ Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, motivation, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and overall suitability.

➢ Prepare concise candidate summaries and recommendations for management.

➢ Coordinate additional interviews, practical tests, and final conversations with hiring managers.

➢ Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process. ❖ Hiring Coordination

➢ Coordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-ups, offers, and proposed start dates.

➢ Collect the information and documentation requested by management before the candidate starts.

➢ Send each new hire the company’s introductory document with the relevant systems, responsibilities, requirements, and applications to install.

➢ Confirm that the new team member has received and reviewed the required information. ❖ Recruitment Organization & Reporting

➢ Maintain an updated recruitment tracker or applicant tracking system.

➢ Provide a weekly update on open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, bottlenecks, and next steps.

➢ Track basic recruitment metrics such as time to shortlist, interview conversion, and offer acceptance.

➢ Create reusable templates and processes that improve recruitment efficiency.

➢ Identify problems in the recruitment process and recommend practical improvements.

Not

➢ This role is not responsible for payroll, taxes,



legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, or terminations.

➢ This role is not responsible for training or managing employees after they join the company.

➢ This role does not independently approve headcount, compensation, contracts, or final hiring decisions.

➢ This role is not limited to publishing job advertisements. Candidate sourcing and interviews are essential parts of the position.

➢ This role is not an agency sales or business development position.

➢ This role is not initially responsible for managing an HR or recruitment team.

The Recruiter owns recruitment execution, candidate communication, interview coordination, and recruitment organization. Management owns final hiring decisions, compensation approval, contractual terms, and employee management.

Compensation & Benefits

➢ Total annual contractor compensation up to USD 15,000.

➢ Monthly payments in USD.

➢ Fully remote, long-term contractor position.

➢ Freedom to organize working hours while meeting agreed deadlines.

Candidate

➢ At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

➢ Experience managing recruitment processes from job posting through accepted offer.

➢ Strong ability to write clear and attractive job descriptions.

➢ Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional communities, or direct outreach to find candidates.

➢ Comfortable conducting structured screening interviews.

➢ Able to evaluate candidates objectively and provide clear recommendations.

➢ Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

➢ Able to manage multiple vacancies, interviews, and follow-ups without constant supervision.

➢ Professional English is highly valued.

➢ Comfortable using AI tools to support research, drafting, sourcing, and recruitment workflows.
